Description:
Trace an image or create usable objects from raster to vector 'dots'. Creates an arc using 3 user selected points. The program then offers to create another arc using the same endpoint as the last created arc.
The standard arc command will do this also, but the new arc will be tangent to the last.
This is not always desireable, especially with those 'impossible' arcs, you know the one's I'm talking about.
